Meet Greg & Laura
“We’ve been community real estate investors for over a decade. We know that every home sale is different, and bring a tailored approach to every project.”
Together with their dog Ozzy, Greg and Laura live and work in Middle Tennessee. By living where they work, it allows them to monitor the local real estate market and invest in communities they enjoy. It also allows them to personally visit all of their job sites several times a week.
About Greg
Greg graduated with Honors from the University of Hawaii in 2006. After graduation, he moved back to the Lower 48 to work as a property scout for other real estate investors. Due to his love of the industry and getting his hands dirty with projects, he quickly transitioned into renovating properties. He greatly enjoys working with home sellers and discovering creative solutions to difficult problems.
When not working with homeowners and on projects, Greg enjoys basketball, road biking, and spending time with his family.
About Laura
Also a graduate of the University of Hawaii, Laura additionally holds a Masters degree in Teaching from City University. After spending several years as a middle school Humanities teacher, Laura chose to focus all of her efforts on real estate investing. She enjoys designing new floor plans to help make homes more efficient and family friendly, as well as selecting materials for the many different homes they renovate.
Outside of the office, Laura enjoys road biking, running, and traveling.
About Ozzy
Ozzy the dog is a Hungarian Vizsla. When not managing the office with an iron fist, he can be found curled up under the covers or lobbying for a treat. His favorite pastimes are running with Laura and visiting the many dog parks around town.
